SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

So Pretty Pearls ships internationally and uses Australia Post for all deliveries.   Our orders are usually despatched on Wednesdays and Fridays so please allow for this timing when ordering.

All shipping charges will be shown before completing your order online, so you will always know the total being charged.  Payment will not be charged until your order is finalised and shipped.

For Domestic (Australian) orders, packages  will be sent by Registered post, and will include additional Insurance charges if the value is over $150.   Delivery time is normally up to five working days.   Express Post can be an option if required, but at the risk of the purchaser if the item is lost in transit.

For International orders, shipping is by standard Air Mail.  The Air Mail charge is calculated according to weight, and value when insurance needs to be applied over the value of AUS$150.   International Air Mail delivery time is typically 7-10 working days.

Returns: 

Please choose carefully!  Goods may only be returned if they are found to be faulty or defective, not simply because you have changed your mind.  Returns must be within 3 days of receipt, in original condition, and can be exchanged for a similar item of the same value. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

So Pretty Pearls will always endeavour to supply pearls as close as possible to the colours shown here on this website.  Please be aware that Freshwater Pearls are a natural product, and variations will always occur.  If a matching set of items are purchased, Andrea will always give priority to matching the Freshwater Pearl colour within that set.  If you are truly not happy with your pearls when you receive them, we can arrange an exchange excluding postal charges.
