SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

So Pretty Pearls ships internationally and uses Australia Post for all deliveries.   Our orders are despatched on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday so please allow for this time when ordering.

All shipping charges will be shown before finalising your order online, so you will always know the total being charged. 

For Domestic (Australian) orders, packages  will be sent by Registered post, and will include additional Insurance charges if the value is over $150.   Delivery time is normally up to five working days.   Express Post can be an option if required, but at the risk of the purchaser if the item is lost in transit.

For International orders, shipping is by standard Air Mail.  The Air Mail charge is calculated according to weight, and value when insurance needs to be applied over the value of AUS$150.   International Air Mail delivery time is typically 7-10 working days.

Returns: Goods returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, can be fully exchanged for any other item of the same value or for a refund. Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was made by So Pretty supplying incorrect or defective goods, in which case So Pretty will pay the freight.

So Pretty Pearls will always endeavour to supply pearls as close as possible to the colours shown here on this website.  Please be aware that Freshwater Pearls are a natural product, and variations will always occur.  If a matching set of items are purchased, Andrea will always give priority to matching the Freshwater Pearl colour within that set.  If you are truly not happy with your pearls when you receive them, we can arrange an exchange excluding postal charges.
